1984 Gibson 50’ Houseboat for sale in Excellent condition. Features a 2011 Zodiac 420 Yachtline with a 60 HP Yamaha and trailer. This boat has twin 454 CID 350 HP V-drive engines with 612 hours and a 7500KW Onan Generator. It has spent its entire life on the St. Croix. Equipped with Vac-u-flush toilets, rebuilt main deck and hatches, custom SS davits with wireless controls, custom beach ramp, boarding ladder, and two sets of beach anchors. Also includes two 130’ 30 amp power cords. Only 2 owners since new, maintained by an engineer/mechanic with OCD. Many spare parts included. Slip in Stillwater available for rental. The Zodiac has 46 hours, a depth sounder, and custom covers. Perfect for Yacht Club outings!
