Major Price Reduction! Fox is truly a 'One Off' boat built and finished over several years beginning outside of Rock Hall, MD. Recently bought and refurbished by a team in Easton, MD. With a new Suzuki engine, 'Fox' is beautiful to look at but more importantly amazing to run. She accelerates smoothly, slicing through the water and leaving virtually no wake. It's an ideal day boat with a cuddy cabin for overnight stays, but her best side is outside. She is as pretty as she looks in the pictures. 'Fox' is of deadrise construction, has a sharp, straight stem, and little flare. With a sharp entry until about one-third of the way aft, she flattens to a hard chine, a descendent of the Carolina sharpie. This proven easy riding hull knifes with a fair lift into the close, steep seas typical of North Carolina's Sounds and cape shoals. The narrowness makes her fast and economical and aids in keeping her dry, yet she will carry a good load under adverse conditions. Low freeboard and overhang make her easy to work from, and the stern deck is an ideal working platform. The restoration used White and Teak colored HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) for low maintenance and sharp looks. The boat includes a Simrad GPS, Fusion Radio with speakers, Raymarine VHF Radio, stainless sink with foot pedal water pump, composting head, and many other features. 'Fox' has HDPE used conservatively for various jobs: toe rail along the deck, fender with 1/2 round Stainless steel for bumper, framing the companionway, bench and stools, step plate on deck, hand holds, hand rails on cabin top, and eyebrow along cabin side.
