At her current price point, she also offers great value. This vessel is turn-key and ready to go, whether it be cruising the East coast and the Bahamas, or daysailing, weekending and racing locally. Recent upgrades and maintenance: - Engine oil changed twice a year - New starter - New alternator - Winches serviced annually - Bottom cleaned/inspected monthly by a diver - 2019: New stuffing box, New spreader boots, Two coats of Pettit Hydrocodone antifouling bottom paint - 2018: Emptied and cleaned fuel tank, as well as polished fuel, Two coats of Pettit Hydrocodone antifouling bottom paint - 2017: Bottom barrier coated Accommodations: Below decks, the galley is to starboard and the navigation station is to port. The galley has a new Force-10 stove and range (gimballed), and a sink basin with both pressure water and a hand pump faucet. Above the sink and kitchen counter is plenty of shelving and storage. Aft of the nav station, there is a quarter berth. Just forward of the nav station is a top-loading Adler Barbour 12V-DC refrigerator and freezer. In the main salon, there is a small settee to port with a sea berth behind it. To starboard is a long settee with storage above. The main bulk head has a fold-up table mounted. The cabin sole in the salon is made of teak and holly and is in very good condition. There are multiple opening ports in the salon area, and two 12V-DC fans. In addition to being very well ventilated, the cabin of the boat has a reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning unit to help keep you comfortable regardless of season. Forward of the main salon is the boat's head compartment. There is a manually operated head to starboard, as well as a vanity with sink and mirror. There is an attachment in faucet for a hand-held shower handset, but there is not one currently fitted. There is a drain and shower sump in the floor of the head. Across from the toilet is plenty of storage in lockers and drawers. Forward of the head is the main cabin. Above this berth is an opening hatch. The V-berth mattress is thick and comfortable, and the hull sides are lined with carpet, making for cozy accommodations.
