Description

The 2001 Sea Ray Sundancer 310 is a stylish and versatile cabin cruiser designed for comfortable cruising and entertaining. It features a spacious cockpit with ample seating, a well-equipped helm, and a swim platform with a ladder. Below deck, the cabin boasts a cozy salon with a convertible dinette, a fully equipped galley, and a private head with a shower. The vessel is powered by twin MerCruiser V8 engines, providing plenty of power for smooth navigation. Known for its quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, the Sundancer 310 is ideal for weekend getaways and leisurely day...

Captain's Notes

Step aboard and you’ll feel how big this 31-footer really is. That 11-foot beam pays off in a wide, social cockpit where the seating wraps around for sunset cruises and dockside cocktails. The upgraded Bluetooth sound system and fresh speakers keep the tunes going, while the newer cockpit cover protects the upholstery that’s already in notably good shape. Below, the cabin has the classic Sundancer layout with plenty of headroom and a bright, open feel—only the carpet by the steps shows its age. V-drives keep the machinery tucked aft and simplify handling in tight marinas, and the windlass up front means no wrestling the anchor after a long day on the water.

Why Sundancer 310 in Maryland

This Sundancer 310 lines up well with the mixed conditions you’ll find here, from calm inland runs to choppier open stretches. The deep, secure cockpit and broad beam add stability when afternoon winds kick up, while the swim platform makes quick work of boarding from the water or a floating dock. Air conditioning and a generator on board give you the freedom to escape the heat and stay out overnight at anchor. With inboard V-drives rather than stern drives, you also gain extra confidence around shallow, weedy ramps and sandy bottoms that can be tougher on exposed drives.
