Offshore capable Pilot House Cruiser complete with powerful Ford Lehman 80 HP engine and great accommodations. The boat was purchased by its current owner in 2014 and has been up and down the west coast from Mexico to where she lives now in Bellingham, WA. In 2014 the boat was refitted with all new standing rigging, a rebuilt engine and a completely stripped and re painted bottom job. Boat is very dry inside. It was a liveaboard for several years so no leaks or moisture issues whatsoever. Needs outside wood work. Pilothouse offers great views, interior steering for the PNW and storm conditions. Seagoing aft cockpit helm area with enormous foredeck. Beautiful teak interior with large windows and light, spacious layout. Entry to cabin is via an off-centered companion way leading to beautiful, slightly circular stairway. The expansive galley is forward of the salon offering great meal prep space, stove, huge refrigerator/freezer. The main salon features U-shaped dining to port and open space to starboard for the helm and potentially other seating, if so desired. Sleeping accommodations are forward, with a pullman berth to Starboard and a built-in vanity table/drawer. Moving aft, across from a large pantry is the head, with separate shower/wet area. Mid ship opposite the galley is a chart table/work bench area. The cockpit well is aft and designed for offshore cruising. Plenty of deck space for additional seating while at anchor. If you are looking for a great, long distance cruiser or liveaboard, this is a fantastic choice.
